***CUSTOMERS ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS IF THEY DECIDE TO PLACE A SACRIFICE SERVICE PURCHASE ORDER***

1. Being a service, all purchases placed are not reversible and all transactions CANNOT be refunded as services orders will be executed as soon as received.
   
2. Fees are not refundable, so please be very decisive when taking the buying decision.
   
3. This site is for customers with age at least 21 years or older. So if you are less than 21 years old, don't do any purchases or transactions. We will not be responsible for transactions done by minors and customers whose ages are less than 21 years old and who placed orders.
   
4. Please DON'T do multiple clicking on the checkout and purchase buttons to avoid multiple purchases (Our merchant account will cancel the duplicate transaction but we need to ensure avoiding multiple clicking for safety).
   
5. Please register to our site before doing transactions in order to be able to track your orders in a better way. We are not responsible for any faked orders or faked registered profiles or any fraud actions or misleading trials from customers' side.
   
6. Customers placing orders are accepting receiving two promotional messages (with opting out options) from Gozoor.com, mobizoneamerica.com, Konafa.com, GozoorGroup.com and edba7.com/edbah.com.
   
7. Gozoor.com and edba7.com are only coordinating orders between the farms and beneficial entities (customers and organizations) without any legal obligation or any legal liability from its side in case of any party's misbehavior or abuse and misuse of the system directly or indirectly.
   
8. Gozoor.com will be receiving customers' payments and will be transferring suppliers' charges (after deducting its expenses) to the suppliers being Al-Tosr company that is representing Al-Tayebat farm in the commercial agreement.
   
9. All prices are including the animal price, handling, butchers services, packing and transportation fees.
   
10. Organizations receiving the meat/lambs will issue receipts that Edba7.com may publish on the web site as an acknowledgement.
    
11. Customers are requested to browse the website and references as well as checking the certificates and letters in the references page before placing any orders.
    
12. Prices are subject to increase or decrease according to market conditions.
    
13. Edbah.com Transactions will appear in the name of its owner Gozoor.com in your invoices and acknowledgement receipts.
